Functional Fitness

We are lucky to share a beautiful exercise room with guided fitness classes and self-directed workout times.

Each Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:20 am, we host a Functional Fitness class. 

This exercise class will help train your muscles to work together by simulating common movements you might make while doing daily tasks. Most everyone can take advantage of this low-impact exercise class that targets muscles in your upper and lower body and combines cardio, strength and agility into one total body workout.
